Detox Programmes
The 7 Day Detox Programme
This can be used in a one off way or as a great way to kick start your system before starting on any health programme.
4 Week Holistic Detox Programme
An easy course to follow for helping to improve a health problem. This programme uses detox products in conjunction with a food plan and food concentrates, botanicals, vitamins and minerals and essential fatty acids.
The Daily Detox Programme
This is the detox plan which will improve your health on an ongoing basis. There are foods, herbs and spices that are easily available and can be put into any meal on an every day basis. Advice is given on how to keep your body fresh and alive by knowing what foods to avoid and which foods are particularly beneficial. Handouts are given.
